Who I Am

My name is Marta Moreira. I am a transpersonal therapist, hypnotherapist, and specialist in therapeutic movement.

Throughout my journey, I have learned that true balance comes when we begin to discover ourselves, when we look beyond symptoms and connect with our essence, living with more authenticity and love.

I believe that we are all interconnected and that people and circumstances do not come into our lives by chance. Pain can build us up, providing a unique opportunity to get to know ourselves, grow, and transform.

Today, I dedicate myself to accompanying those who seek to overcome their blockages, find balance, and live more consciously and in alignment with their life purpose. Your growth is the focus of my work, so that you can get to know yourself, overcome your challenges, recognize your potential, and bring out the best version of yourself.

In my consultation, you will find a safe and confidential space where all your emotions will be welcomed, seen, understood, and accepted without judgment. A space where you can be YOU, without filters, where your pace and individuality will be respected above all else.

Transpersonal therapy is an integrative approach to psychology that combines modern Western science with Eastern wisdom. It looks at the person as a whole—body, mind, and spirit—and promotes a journey of self-knowledge, purpose, and balance. Often, we cannot transform ourselves without first knowing ourselves.

 

In this approach, you will explore your needs, limits, emotional wounds, and behavior patterns, learning to live with greater awareness, serenity, and authenticity.

A combination of effective techniques

Each person is unique, and so is each therapeutic process. That is why I provide you with all the resources you need to get to know yourself in depth and overcome the obstacles that prevent you from living with joy and balance.

 

These are different techniques that work on the body, mind, and spirit, which I use during the follow-up sessions, according to your goals and with visible and lasting results.

Clinical and Regressive Hypnosis is a safe technique in which the therapist's voice, relaxation techniques, and guided imagery induce an expanded state of consciousness called a hypnotic trance. In this state, it is possible to access unconscious memories and significant experiences and reframe them.

This technique allows you to identify the source of difficulties and complaints that cause suffering and release the weight that past experiences still have in the present, quickly freeing blockages and resolving emotional and psychological issues.

 

It has excellent results in relieving symptoms of depression and anxiety, in cases of addiction, sleep and eating disorders. It is very useful for overcoming trauma, grief, fears, and phobias. It can be used for pain relief, childbirth, and emotional management of impactful physical illnesses, and is known to improve learning, self-esteem, and self-confidence.

Therapeutic Dance and Movement is an approach based on the idea that the body and mind are interconnected, and that conscious body movement can help access and process emotions, release tension, improve body awareness, and promote physical and emotional well-being. It is a path of self-discovery and personal growth, where body movement becomes the language of transformation. It involves a process of connecting with one's true self, exploring the deepest layers of identity, and discovering who we truly are: a journey that leads to authenticity and the blossoming of inner potential.

Active Imagination is a therapeutic technique that promotes contact with the unconscious through imagination. It involves being in a state of relaxation, allowing internal images, thoughts, and emotions to arise spontaneously, consciously exploring their meanings and symbolism. It allows you to give voice to repressed internal content and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your unconscious processes. It promotes self-knowledge, the resolution of internal conflicts, and the development of creativity, helping to transform unconscious patterns into resources for personal growth.

Active Imagination

Explore internal images to understand emotions and symbolism.

Art therapy is a therapeutic approach capable of bringing unconscious symbolic content to light through creative expressions such as drawing, painting, modeling, collage, writing, acting, music, and dance.

 

This tool promotes self-knowledge, brings about psychological changes, and facilitates the expansion of consciousness, offering creative ways to resolve internal conflicts. In a playful and enjoyable way, it restores creativity, increases self-esteem and emotional security, and stimulates the development of human potential.

Working with dreams involves exploring the content and meaning of dreams. Dreams are a way for the unconscious to express itself and for us to access that place where everything that has been repressed is stored: desires, emotions, and memories. However, dreams are disguised by symbolic and illogical language that must be deciphered and translated.

 

Through the symbolic exploration of dreams, it is possible to access hidden aspects of the psyche, understand internal messages, increase self-awareness and self-knowledge, and move towards transformation.

Ecopsychology

Reconnecting with nature as a path to inner balance.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), often called tapping, is an emotional release technique. Every time we have a thought or emotion, an electrical circuit lights up in our body, activating a sequence of points through which the energy of each thought or emotion circulates. EFT involves gently tapping these points, also used in acupuncture, deactivating these circuits. This technique reduces the intensity of difficult emotions, interrupts automatic patterns, and creates space for greater emotional balance, serenity, and self-control. It is effective in relieving anxiety, phobias, and tension, helping to restore security and well-being in everyday life.
